My big Zenith/Stirling brush is breaking in super well. I still might prefer the Omega 10048 as a boar brush, but I’m glad to have this in my rotation.

In other brush-related news, I ordered a TurnNShave Quartermoon synthetic knot the first week of December to set in a handle I purchased from u/Priusaurus over on Reddit.

For whatever reason Milton (TnS owner) didn’t get a notification about my order for over a week and a half, so he was late shipping it out.

He generously gave me an additional knot (tuxedo) for free to make up for the inconvenience, so I had to/got to source another handle this week. Really looking forward to setting these knots, it’s something I’ve not yet done. I’m also very excited to use these handles. They’re so sparkly.

Getting the brush height where you want it can take a little time, but otherwise I’m sure you’ll find setting a knot to be pretty straightforward. As with other collections, it is fun to build a collection of brushes that you enjoy.

Sounds like a fun project, I wish you success with the knot setting. Please show us some pics when you're done!
