A wonderful stage yesterday with a thrilling finale (highlights video doesn’t do justice to the epic Siena finish)!

Great to see van Aert win a race again! Luckily he didn't take over too much when he didn't need to.

Indeed, I was dreading yet another 2nd place for him🥈

How he maneuvered the last turns is awesome, he had the experience to pull it off. But first he had to glue himself to an amazing Del Toro.

I've not always been his greatest fan, but I thought he did well to hang on yesterday on the final climb and take the win.
