The centre is left of the Dems.
Source? As everything I saw showed him cracking down hard on immigrants just as hard as Trump.
That's a violation of international law... That's very far from centrist.
And Dems would have to move left to reach that.

I do remember the Republicans accusing Biden of being weak on immigrants, but that doesn't' change the fact that he wasn't. Turns out the Republicans are willing to lie. If we took they're word for it, the Democrats are to the left of Karl Marx and also literally eat babies.
Illegal migrants flooding across the border was no lie. Mayors of cities overwhelmed by migrants were pleading with Biden for help.
