Which book do these come from?
I did a reverse image search and it looks like the Chansonnier de Zeghere van Male.

Was just coming here to post the same. Here's an article with a lot more examples.
Chansonnier de Zeghere van Male is a 16th-century songbook compiled in 1542 by the wealthy Bruges merchant Zeghere van Male (1504-1601).
