The only party who fully agreed the 20 point plan is Trump.
Netanyahu agrees because he will carry on the bombing any time he wants, like in Lebanon.
Hamas has just been handed over the plan by the Qatari mediators. They said they'll review it in good faith. Given that the plan is a straight out surrender for all Palestinians (not just Hamas) the expectation is that they'll reject it.
To sum it up, Trump is talking shit as usual.
Colonial shit.

Jeremy Scahill live on Drop Site News.
Like I said, Palestinians were not consulted on Trump's "peace plan". The plan entails total Palestinian surrender. Qatar and Egypt sent it to Hamas yesterday. Scahill detailed the conditions Hamas are in after the assassination attempt in Doha. Kept in isolation from each other, minimal use of any devices. How are they going to respond within 4 days is anybody's guess

Been listening to other analysts too. The 20 points are obviously in Israel's favour.
The plan is not a real ceasefire proposal. It lacks many, many details, like what happens in case of violations, given that Israel has violated every single agreement ever.
The plan is kept vague on purpose, so that Israel can do whatever the hell they like. In fact, Trump said if Hamas rejects the plan, Israel can "finish the job" with full US support
