New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana are under heat alerts amid record-breaking temperatures. Rain is expected to break the heat after Wednesday.

That would cost money and Louis DeJoy is focused on getting that money into private courier services.

Also the new mail trucks that were supposed to be electric were also supposed to come with A/C
