I think my current job was, but that was 6 years ago, and maybe it was just applied through linked in and not “easy apply” I’ve definitely got a few call backs and interviews from easy apply jobs, but when it’s a remote job I know I’m one of hundreds applying and don’t have high expectations.

I have had a couple of interviews but no success from easy apply. I would say the ratio (applications / interviews) is about 1-2% for me.

So 1 out of 100 will interview you?

Doubtful. I applied to something like 300 Easy Apply job ads on LinkedIn without a single interview or response from an employer.

The job market is super fucked at the moment. My interview rate for application with custom resumes and cover letters was only 5% and even then it took me 30 interviews to get a single offer (600 applications). Unfortunately, my job offer was for a federal position that was then immediately cut as soon as Emperor Elon took over.

Do you do better with direct applying?
