That bill is so fucking bonkers. And also absolutely unconstitutional. There’s 3 coequal branches for a reason. One branch cannot simply make a law that cuts it the 3rd branch.

Edit:

Cause still can’t get over their stupidity, what they say:

“The congress is elected to make law. The president is elected to enforce it. The judiciary is appointed for the sole purpose of resolving cases and controversies brought to it by individual injured parties.” - Rep. Tom McClintock (R-Calif).

What USA.gov says:

The judicial branch includes the Supreme Court and other federal courts.

It evaluates laws by:

  • Interpreting the meaning of laws
  • Applying laws to individual cases
  • Deciding if laws violate the Constitution

They're just going to strike it down as illegal, it's why they aren't going apeshit about it.

I’m tired, and after the CR Schumer shenanigans even after we filed his voice mail boxes. I just don’t have it in me to have any hope in our voices being heard by dumbass politicians unless it’s mass protests

Mass protests should permanently occupy Washington DC, and other cities. Nobody has to stay for days, they come and go when they can, but there are always people there.

The protests once every two weeks is a good beginning of course; but is not the end all, be all of action
