MODERATORS
Left- old 1600x1200 dell
Center- 32" 4k monitor
Right- 27" 2k in portrait mode
When I'm working it's laptop on the left connected to a 34" UW as my main display and a 32" on the right, both curved. For personal stuff it's the same minus the laptop. I'm thinking about switching back to my old setup which was 32" main with a 24" in portrait on each side. Not that useful for personal use, but for work I could use even more...
In the livingroom it's a 65" TV...
One shitty 2K monitor with a pair of Edifier speakers plugged into a DAC/amp right next to it.
PC on the floor under the desk, 27" 2k IPS screen (looks great but unfortunately has some tearing issues due to mediocre top-to-bottom refresh speed. Fortunately I'm getting older so I really don't give a fuck about losing something like .016 seconds of reaction time to vsync), with his 24" ancestor on the side. The even older 24" that used to be my second monitor has been commandeered by my dad for his home office, so no third screen yet. (tbf he did technically buy it back then, since I paid half of it with my allowance and he paid the other half).
2 24 inch AOC monitors.
2x32"@4k@60hz. They are for work primarily so I want a ton of real estate and use Sway to manage that for me.
I would love to upgrade to the same size and number but OLED with a higher refresh rate, may be next year.
I just have 1 25" one.. I do want a second one, but you know :3.. life
You can probably find a shitty monitor for cheap off Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. I bought a shitty VA monitor for $20 like ten years ago and it's still part of my setup

A single 65" 4K 120Hz LG C1 OLED.
I also occasionally use and old 19" 1600x900 TN as a secondary display, mainly to use as a clock because I'm too lazy/ADHD to set up some widgets to display system vitals.
Two 27" 1440p, one being straight in front and one angled to the side
2 Asus 27" 1440p monitors center and right. 1 Dell 4k ultrasharp on the left and my laptop display underneath. My own PC connects to the two Asus; my work laptop connects to the Dell and center Asus and depending on if it is work time or play time, I swap the input on the center monitor. Input director provides mouse and keyboard access across both machines and works really really well. I do use all 4 monitors throughout the day; the personal machine isn't tied into work but with input director the clipboard is shared across for copying and posting information found on searches etc. I work remotely.
Gaming rig: 32" 1440p monitor, Ryzen 7 5800x, 32 gigs DDR4, RX 6600xt, 4 TB NVME storage
Laptop/WFH desk: 2x 24" Lenovo Tiny in One monitors I got for free, Dell Docking station gotten for free (I mostly spend time here)
Server: EPYC 7302P, 109 GB DDR4 ECC memory, RTX 5060ti, RTX 3060 12gb, 40 TB of HDD storage, 8 TB of SATA SSD storage
Three 21 inch 1080p monitors. Two horizontal and one to the right that's vertical. All on arms to keep it clean.
Dell CRT on the left, HP 4k 60hz center, Acer 1080p 144hz IPS on the right
