What makes a pizza a granny pizza?
The shape.
It’s definitely the shape, but also it tends to have the tomato sauce placed on top of the cheese and a bit thinner than a normal slice. (Source: am Italian American with grandma)
My grandma worked in Long Island’s finest bordellos so she knows a thing or two about this too.
Goddamnit lol
I just woke up and read that as "Pepperoni Plaza" and now I really want an entire outdoor space devoted to pizza.
Your comment made me wonder if there was any such place where you could go and have pizzerias everywhere.
I couldn't find anything like an entire plaza of pizza (though it wouldn't surprise me if that existed somewhere) but I did learn that apparently Buenos Aires has the most pizzerias of any major city in the world. So if there is such a thing as a pepperoni piazza, I'd guess Argentina would be the place to check first.
The pepperoni slice 3 from the left and 3 from the top is especially pretty. Curled itself into a little star ⭐
God I love seeing pizza from Lemmings.
You ever heard the saying that there is no bad pizza? Well /r/Pizza on Reddit really went the extra mile to disprove that.
After years of seeing those sad, pathetic pies, it's refreshing seeing actually good pizza.
I love humble flatbread pizza
Also, I only have EL runes. Acceptable?
That looks good. Ive got some good home pizza practices. You can use a large cast iron skillet on a burner to parcook the dough while dressing it, or a hot pizza stone, then put the whole thing straight into the 500 degree oven.
Puree whole peeled tomatoes for the sauce and spice it up. If you like anchovies, use the anchovy oil from the can in the sauce.
Looks scrumptious!
looks so good mate
I think I love you.
Oh no the pizza was late(╥﹏╥)
