I will simply reuse my statement from the last time any sort of "consequences" were in the news:

I'm basing my conclusions on precedent, rather than wishful thinking. Hence, I will continue to assume Trump will get away with everything forever until proven otherwise.

If there's one thing that the last 4 years proved its that the systems we have in place to check abuses of power are woefully slow to respond or to change. The only justice he might ever face is the Mangione variety.

Of those three, only “white” is one that can’t change in an instant.

And Trump seems to want to cover that one up.
