Main problem is MS is cutting security update for Windows 10 soon unless you pay them.

Using a bad OS is one thing, using an insecure one for work is dangerous, so I was forced to update.

I upgraded to Fedora and convinced my employer that I really need to run this at work, too. Fuck Microsoft.

A Switch and Click video I saw the other day said that Windows 11 is showing ads inside the actual OS. Hard pass.

I needed to upgrade my pc. If I knew i had reliable security updates going forward, I would keep using Windows 10. Remember when Windows 10 was supposed to be the last windows? Hah

Because it fucking auto installs when you aren't looking. Piece of shit

I wouldn't have installed it if I didn't have to. Honestly with each new version of windows it is harder to navigate and looks worse. It's honestly impressive that they take some that worked well and continuously make it worse.

Oof, Windows 11 is really needy as far as an OS goes. I forget that the machine is supposed to serve me, not demand things me from the all the time.

The grass really is greener in the Linux world. Hope more people get to experience that soon.
