LibRedirect does the same thing, and will manage a few more sites.

IIRC, LibRedirect is a fork of Pribacy Redirect after the latter was abandoned for a while

If you're talking about firefox for android, it's fairly easy to install any extension.

If you use NextDNS for your home network or something like Pihole I think there is a way to do it.
