Real talk: Is savory ice cream a thing yet?
Do you count pistachio or ketchup flavoured ice cream?
Ketchup is acidic and sweet, so no. But it might make for a really weird sorbet now that I think of it.
Pistachio is reliably built on a sweet vanilla base, so that doesn't count. But a "pistachio and cream" flavor that comes off like a savory nut milk of some kind? That would count.
You can get tempura ice cream which adds a bit of the savoriness
Listen. Having been converted to Cincinnati chili as an inverted hot dog: this might work.
I know a few goofballs that would buy and eat this.
