more of the monster catcher / game subs ( r/yugioh , r/bakugan , ones like that ) . ik that they'll probably come over to here eventually , but it won't feel the same as how it did on reddit .

If Liverpool played at 2 in the morning in my timezone, it didn't matter because I could avoid spoilers and download the full game to watch after I woke up. Not to mention that I could then share it with my granddad, too.

I would say some of the more niche subreddits that would be harder to recreate elsewhere. Plus i used reddit a lot because i stay off of twitter and facebook because those are absolute garbage

One major area Lemmy seems to be lacking in is sport, the soccer lemmunity(?) is sparse and there isn't one for my favourite club yet :(

PSA: We're still in the early stages of Lemmy. Reddit was like this too when Digg first went down. If you don't find a community you liked - make it! And once you make it, post as often as you can in it.

the official UTDR subreddits. found some of them here but theyre pretty small (like 20 members or smth)
