With the recent Thulean* comment spam attacks, mods have dutifully deleted the offending comments, but Connect still renders the deleted comments.

Thunder seems to have the same bug

Voyager and Jerboa show the comments as deleted

I'm not sure whether this is an issue with Connect or with Lemmy. You point out that Thunder has the same bug, and I can confirm that Eternity and Sync do as well. Boost and Summit show the comments as deleted.

Those example links show no comments for me, but I may have blocked the offending profiles
