What?? Surely that can't be possible, right? That's a step deep beyond going inside Russia... and a really risky one. I can only assume it's meant to intimidate the Russians by proving Ukraine's capacity to penetrate their defences, but it seems like such an unnecessary risk...

Yeah I mean if Ukrainian forces were that deep inside Russian territory I'd hope they'd be exploiting it for a much better tactical advantage than planting a flag.

The message is savage. It's either saying that the FSB has switched sides and no longer backing Putin, or the FSB is horribly incompetent.
