Giving very Uncanny Valley.

It's because (in addition to it being a fake photo) we're so used to seeing his mouth closed when he smiles.. i.e. a forced, media smile.

Yeah I've no idea why they allowed him to pose for the shot. It should be stand straight and head leveled. Instead he's doing his strongman serious pose to sell it later.
