And it should be super low effort. I'm sure they already have 3d models of everything, so generating an STL should be like a 3 click process.

Nope. The general medical consensus is that there's no safe or healthy level of alcohol consumption.
For a lot of these jobs, no one really works for 4 hours non-stop, then lunch, then another 4 hours non-stop. They take breaks, get distracted, play on their phones, chat with coworkers, etc.
People are actually more productive during a shorter work week, so the same amount of work gets done, but psychologically it doesn't seem like more work.
I'd argue that image generation does have a use, especially for generating reference images. Sure, there might be some weirdness, but you can fix that when you do whatever art you're using it for.
The human brain is made of components, so why not an AI brain?

It's the property owner's responsibility to have them removed, even if they don't own them, so if they don't after being warned and the city hauls them off, they can get stuck with the bill for the tow.
They won't have to pay for the storage of the trucks, though. Just the initial tow. Then they can sue whomever dumped them to try to recoup the cost.
But literally all they have to do is call a towing company who would be more than happy to remove them.
