Have you tried SaveDesktop? Thought It is limited in the flatpak softwares, but cloud synchronization feature is recently added.

Termux native vs proot-dist (lemmy.ml)
 

I tried termux natively, and currently I am using Fedora via proot-dist. As the both have pros and cons, I have decided to try mix of them. Before doing that, I wonder how people use Termux. How do you?
