So my browser should be telling piefed what my TZ is. Oh, interesting. And, I don't mean to make anyone work on this. I was just hoping to understand it better.

It occurs to me now that I created my scheduled post while on a VPN, so that might be related. I'll experiment with it a bit next (on and off the VPN).

Thanks, yeah, I read a suggestion somewhere saying to dip the rubber cone in sealant before inserting it. I tried that, but it's still leaking.

Yah, just checked their Privacy policy and it says:

oh boy, I just installed and tried to use Praat. It seems like it would take a long time to learn, which seems like it would end up helping but I'm not sure I have time for that rn. Thanks though, will keep this in mind.
