Am I the only one that prefers it when their partner respects him/herself and just makes sure they get inside? I'd rather have my partner get me to open the door than to be scared about possibly making it "less comfy" for me.

It reads like a cutesy comment on the internet. Reading into it that way feels more unhealthy than the witty repartee presented, tbh.
