The amount of time anyone else spends thinking about you or anything you do or say is essentially zero.
Be free.
I know you mean this as in "no one remembers that dumb thing you said last month", but I can't help reading it as "no one cares enough about you to give you any thought."
I kind of mean it that way, too. At almost every scale, none of us is at all important. Embrace this. Even if people think you’re weird (they’re not thinking that hard about you, but even if they were), those people and what they think are not important.
Use observation and reasoning to figure out what really matters to you, and then stand on your principles.
