Voyager and Thunder have that feature.
~~I have both of those installed and nope, neither seem to. Unless it's hidden somewhere I haven't looked..~~
I sit corrected!
Voyager: You can tap on a profile and hit the 3 dot icon on the top right to "edit tag", there's also a pink section that says “user tags” in the settings.
Thunder: long press the user name to have a small context menu pop up then tap on "user" and then hit the last option "add user label".
