They continue to throw money at JK Rowling at every opportunity and they'll do the same for Disney.
YMMV, but in my 'woke' crowd, nobody's buying that merch anymore. The only people I know still doing harry potter themed crap all voted rightwing.
The last thing I saw come through was the game. A few of the left-leaning gamers bought it but way less than baulders and starfield.
This, in my circle the only Harry Potter merch I see people rocking is either at least a decade old or was bought at a convention at a booth selling fanmade merch.
Hogwarts legacy was a major success. Almost a million players the first day of launch and that's only on steam.
Even now, that 2 years old game has more people playing it than Avowed which just launched relatively recently LMAO 🤣. Again, that's only on steam.

It certainly didn't launch to crickets. But I could have had millions more players s***** ass worldviews to herself
To be fair JK had nothing to do with that, that was all Avalanche Studios... and someone actually crunched the numbers and literally JK gets more in a single day of Universal Studios ticket sales than she did from lifetime sales of that game.
And buy Teslas and use Twitter and...
