Canada should simplify and expedite refugee claims from Ukraine, Palestine, Sudan, Myanmar.
Then they'd need to admit Israel is doing something wrong.
We should.
But crucially, we don't actually have to, to let people in. We just quote the UN agencies citing the humanitarian catastrophe, and that's it.
That logic works in principle, but we've already seen the test run of this in the UK.
To save face Zionist governments have to at least try to deny the scale of the Israeli-caused humanitarian catastrophe. So as I said, I'm not hopeful.
UK is exceptionally difficult since the Balfour Declaration was their fault.
FWIW, Carney, the likely next Liberal leader has expressed support for Palestine which is a step in the right direction.

I'm concerned that outright condemnation of Israel's genocide would make his chance of winning the Canadian Liberal leadership race and becoming PM much more difficult with the level of anti-semitic accusations that leaders who do so suddenly face. It's such a toxic political climate right now...
Canada has admitted far, far more Ukranians than Palestinians when we should be urgently admitting both.
Does Canada have an AIPAC equivalent bankrolling fascists and genociders?
Yes.

With us potential stop following the us due to trump we may finally admit it
Very good point. There is less overt pressure to align on USA foreign policy. However, we still face online propaganda campaigns when they disagree, including by USA-owned media outlets in Canada.
Unfair for other countries refugees but Ukrainian already in the US will contribute to Canadian economy way faster in a time where we need to invest/restructure our economy away from US dependence.
