- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Scout is about to open a large EV factory in Columbia SC, there a lot of job postings for those willing to move, housing cheaper too
but will they, but they adjust income based on the area. and people are much more reluctant to move to a red state/ or the place with low probability of jobs outside of the ones being listed. moving is also kinda expensive too.
