Either a dimsum spread of Hargow, Siu Mai, Cheung fun, Lo mai gai, Char siu, stuffed eggplant, and beanburd.

Or western stuff like crispy pork (or beef), mushroom eggplant in black bean sauce.

If I make it, typically just Mapo doufu
