Those are all good points but they still don't have anything to do with my original rebuttal of the claim that Democrats are now further right than Republicans from 25 years ago.
I don't recall rebutting that point. It's kind of a central feature of my argument.

Harris was objectively not equivalent to a Republican from 25 years ago. The bullshit that Democrats got worse is what got Trump elected.
Refusing to enshrine it into law when Democrats had the chance is the same thing as overturning it.
Today, Democrats are sitting on their asses and letting Trump ban whoever he wants from the militaty
Today, Democrats are probably going to run Gavin Newsome for the next presidential campaign
Today, Democrats are holding their tongues as Republicans villainize diversity wholesale.
Today, a Democrat on my own city's council vetoed a popular ballot measure to allow a recreational dispensary.
Today, Democrats have given up on healthcare reform after passing Romneycare nearly two decades ago.
Today, Democrats are sitting by as Republicans dismantle it.
Wanting to keep Roe V Wade isn't wanting to overturn it.
Americans voted to give all three branches of the government to Republicans. Democrats have no power.
Harris is not equivalent to Republicans from 25 years ago on this issue.
Harris supported gay marriage. That wasn't a Republican position 25 years ago.
Was that Democrat Kamala Harris?
Who has the majority of the house, senate and Supreme Court? Who is president?

Which happened because of the bullshit claims that Democrats were like Republicans. Both sides bad so don't vote.
