Update to a previous post made by someone else about 8 hrs ago, but Sen. Booker of NJ is STILL holding the floor in the Senate as of 0545 EST as a form of protest against the MEDICARE/MEDICAID cuts, as well as the administration at large. Protest mostly. Nothing can be done until he gives up the podium (no votes or discussions of other topics).

Nothing specific is being halted, more like Martin Luther nailing his list of grievances
