The declaration was made in Trump's designation of April as National Child Abuse Prevention Month.

It's interesting that God makes everyone's genitals perfectly, but he keeps messing up hearts, lips, chromosomes, spines... I guess pobody's nerfect. (Except for me, because God made me that way.)

And yet they keep writing exceptions allowing IGM on intersex infants every time they write their laws banning transgender healthcare for minors.
