It may not be realistic, but wouldn't it be cooler if it did?
Like, seriously, nobody question when a character breaks physics when they flash step, shoot laser beams, or fly solely by their willpower.
Why should porn be subjected to realism more than non porn?
The exaggerations allowed by 2D/3D art is what makes it more enjoyable. I think the most unrealistic thing I see in hentai is a dude who can manage to bang a full harem, nonstop, for 24h or more.
Nut 5 times back to back, without ever getting soft, who is this super human?
That's what I like about hentai. You don't need to keep arbitrary standards like realism. If I want realism, I watch actual porn.
