Which substances were you on when you made this?

None, it's a simple meme aiming to critize our current political system by ridiculously over simplifying the core believes behind the party system in a world ruled by money. As no matter what you chose, politicians will find a way to fuck the average joe over, to satisfy the interests of them and their investors.

As designed, the system allows you (the citizen) to platform yourself and put yourself and beliefs into the system directly. If the greater of 2 evils that was elected into office this time allows the system to continue on as designed after he leaves you may be the representative the American public is looking for. The implication that I read from this is to not vote and then (presumably) claim no personal responsibility when the system works against you, yet if all you can do is vote to steer the country away from a cliff, wouldn't it be irresponsible to at least not try to pick a direction?

You can participate in the system while still critizing it. I was by no means saying you shouldn't vote but much rather appelling people to stop being content with the elites rulling and fucking them over but much rather get politics back in the hand of the masses. To start thinking outside the capitalistic box and maybe to find a new way of rulling that does not classify humans but much rather unites them to greater hights.

Also yes, the system allows you to feel like you can participate but at the end of the day, if you don't say what the elites want to hear, you will not be able to do anything you were sett to do. Prime examples being social democratic movements around the world. They are supposed to be the champions of the labour class but end up often doing almost nothing for the labor class and protect the standing and assets of the elites.
