Go take dance classes. All it takes is practice
Seriously. I found our local vocational school has an evening program for adults including dance classes. Good exercise, nice way to spend an hour and meet a few folks. If you're new, just take a beginner class! If you aren't ready to move up from there by the time it's done, take it again next semester. Lessons usually are not that expensive and everyone is there to learn--it's ok to have 2 left feet, you're just trying to get a little more control/comfort using em ๐
