Looking at light or sky when I need to sneeze helps me sneeze quicker.

It's apparently something to do with Photic sneeze reflex. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photic_sneeze_reflex

I pretty much always sneeze when first stepping into sunlight

My wife doesn’t but I thought it was pretty funny when I realised my kid does too

theres one called solar reflext sneezing, i sneeze when theres a bright or intense sun. its much more likely if you allergies too.
