RULES
- Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, bigotry, and/or trolling.
- Encourage conversation in your OP. This means including heavily implicative subject matter when you can and also engaging in your thread when possible.
- Avoid controversial topics (e.g. politics or societal debates).
- Stay calm: Don’t post angry or to vent or complain. We are a place where everyone can forget about their everyday or not so everyday worries for a moment. Venting, complaining, or posting from a place of anger or resentment doesn't fit the atmosphere we try to foster at all. Feel free to post those on !goodoffmychest@lemmy.world
- Keep it clean and SFW

Modern medicine, no matter how smart and clever we think we are, still mostly involves doing things that just keep the patient amused while letting nature take it's course.
Ah yes, titanium joints and donor organs just magically grow in people that need them, the surgeons just play jazz while you’re asleep
I can only 15% agree, this is true for certain things like cancer where we have found ways to mitigate the risk of death but haven't cured it, as well as certain other chronic illnesses. But for plenty of things you would go to a doctor for, they have a solution.
Hahahaha thanks for the laugh
What your talking about is homeopathy, chiropractors etc.
Nah. Give RFK a few years to really implement "let nature take its course" and you'll change your tune (assuming you don't get a brain worm).
