I want to understand
The Handmaid's Tale - this is what the main character wears. Haven't read or watched, the subject matter makes me feel like hitting things. Just know bits and pieces.
I started watching it about a week ago. It's an incredibly wellmade series. A lot of the christofascist ideals are very similar to what some religious leaders are yelling about.
While it's absolutely infuriating to watch at points, because they've nailed the antagonists' inability to feel empathy, I'm completely hooked.
