You don't need the arrow. Rocket launchers damaging things both ways from the propellant blast and the analogy works even better.

After observing what effect the back blast had on his target: "A dud launcher. See? Swedes don't know how to make a rocket."

I agree, and I thought the same thing. I wonder if the artist knew this too, because it seems like a better version of it, but I think most people don't know that rocket launchers have backblast, so maybe it's not as good for sending the message to average people.
