We've been engaged for a while, we've looked at various rings, we've discussed all sorts of things and sent each other pictures of stuff

She liked this one, and when I sent other options, she was diplomatically disinterested in them

In seven weeks, we're going to be in a beautiful part of the world, somewhere peaceful and with spectacular natural beauty, and I'm going to wait until we're alone, find a reason to be behind her for a second, get down on one knee and wait for her to turn around

We're both going to cry and laugh and hug and totally lose our minds!

I'm so happy!
