Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

I wish I could do this, I swear as a mom if my spouse or kids see me doing anything like having earbuds in, playing a game, reading they MUST interrupt me. I try to listen to books but I find that having ear buds in is by far the worse for interruptions. I don’t understand what it is about me being preoccupied that makes everyone in the house make a B line to me but being interrupted constantly while reading makes it impossible, at least gong I can easily put down every two minutes to attend to someone else’s cry for attention but book reading or listening is impossible
When they come to you to ask you for something, ask them to do something (chores, etc.). They'll stop asking you as much for stuff or they'll free up some of your time to be able to have leisure time later. Win-win for you.
bathroom doors have locks and if you bring snacks you can live inside them for long periods of time.
Teenage me learned this early lol
