Teleportation.
You don't get to decide the destination of your teleportation

So, it's like the Pipe in Mario Party ?
But you have to walk there
Time stops so you can walk there and appear as if you teleport.
But you still age relatively to the time it took you to get there.
It is achieved by destroying your body where you depart, and reassembling a new one where you arrive. Your consciousness does not preserve.
Each time you teleport, a random person you know personally (and who knows you) gets teleported to the place you were
Can I choose who they are because if so that could be quite convenient
Do I have a cooldown, or can I just start repeatedly teleporting inside my basement?

Finally a superpower that’s nice for people who are isolated and have no contact with anyone
it just makes a clone of you to whereever you wanted to teleport
do the clones also have the ability to "teleport" or produce a clone anywhere? because then it would be a truly shitty, world ending super power.
yes if they teleport then it makes more and they also dont know there clones they think the teleportation worked how it does in movies
