There's quite a lot of picture memes with atrocious spelling lately. Comically bad. Either a product of AI or these kids are in bottom set for everything.
Or just plain old fashioned engagement baiting.
I'm not saying that's not true, but in this case it's just a typo.
More likely both!
I don't know what this is slang for, but if it means engagement bait that's what I assume a majority of it is.
I can't say with authority, but my interpretation was that this was meant to be taken as equivalent to "the bottom 1%."
Ah, so "everyone who makes minor mistakes around me is a moron".
I hadn't noticed it until you pointed it out.
