The product is real, is a chastity lock and is a sex stuff, usually by dommes on her submissive partners.
And about the veracity of the review, I don’t know, I hope it is fake, but I remember reading many years ago a case were a woman was charged with child abuse for putting anal plugs on her son “to avoid the devil entering the child’s body through the anus”.
You can tell the review is fake bc they didn't capitalize the words "The Lord".
