Now, as far as "talking"? That requires aspiration, IIRC, and separating the larynx from the lungs kinda, ya know, stops that, pretty effectively. ๐
wonder if they could still move their eyes and mouth for as long as there was oxygen left in the blood
in the historic account, the guys eyes were clearly moving in reaction to the doctor's voice
one other time I remember that someone described the persons head as stuck in a scream but no sound came out
