THANK YOU SO MUCH. I was honestly hoping the Lemmy anti-AI knee-jerk responses would not have bled over into this community, but clearly that hope was in vain.
Homie you're gonna face that everywhere, not just Lemmy. GenAI is built on the intellectual property theft of thousands of artists. Nobody is going to applaud you for taking an unethical shortcut.

lemmy.dbzer0.com i believe, browse the communities tab and you will see a lot of comms where this would be a welcome addition; such as the stable diffusion and bot art communities.

edit: small note you’ll still need to login through your original instance if you choose to keep this account. kind of confusing as a user, i know. the fediverse is great but i think the UX, like a lot of open source, is quite lacking.
