That's definitely the bare minimum a sane person needs to know!! But why not use it to pry open such a complex issue? Rn everyone is coming out swinging at each other so it reveals who is just bullshitting quickly, even those who ordinarily stick to scummy debate tactics, jeering, and unsourced claims end up dropping links. Everyone is pissed off over this + the labor aristocracy debate + Iran

I've ended up learning a lot about different industries and social programs in China from the corrections

I think as long as all of these institutions are ideologically predisposed not to understand China, capital controls, or what industrial capacity actually is, it will recur
