For all parking disasters, not just simple bad parking (for that see yplac.co.uk).
Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.
Rules:
- No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

You sure? Looks like it has been parked there for quite a while /s
haha funny enough it was on my street! happened over night and one of the older socialite ladies was there when I was on my way to work. I wouldnt have noticed but she was acting odd on the side of the street. I called it in and when I came home from work it was gone.
Sure is a strange thing, where the hell could it have come from and where is the rest? So many questions.
