Assuming you mean the one from the original post and not a movie in which someone gets slapped with a fire extinguisher, it's "Spring Breakers" (2012).

“Irréversible” (2002), has a brutal scene where a character is killed, getting his head bashed by a fire extinguisher for WAY long.

Haven’t watch it yet, I’m too chicken for that ><
