I appreciate the PSA. I might add:

To avoid developing hemorrhoids while seated, minimize pressure on the anorectal vasculature by limiting toilet time to less than 5-10 minutes and avoiding straining with defecation. Prolonged sitting increases intra-abdominal and rectal venous pressure, leading to vessel engorgement and possible displacement of the anal cushions. Additionally, adopting a supported-squat posture (knees elevated above hips with a footstool) can straighten the anorectal angle, reducing the physiological "kink" created by the puborectalis muscle and facilitating easier, less strained evacuation.

To put it in layman's terms. And totally not AI.
