Devs most likely disagree, but ultimately its not up to them. The company will do anything to further exploit the massive user base of fortnite because its one of the few behemoths they have that rake in money. They hope a lot of new people will see and play it and maybe spend some money. In the end its just the final avenue to go to milk these games of whatever left they will offer. They may get a big boost in players for the first month, then im sure it dies back down again.

All I wanna know is if these launchers will be the only way into the games or if the existing games will still work. I have played fall guys since its release, so if it's taken away in this way, I'll be a bit pissed off. I'll never use fortnite.
